emailed school. If everyone does, it will send a strong message.

These are marxists. They may not call themselves that but what they are doing is right out of the marxist playbook. Sending an email is worthless as you can see they will ignore, deflect, censor, etc. The best way to respond is to use the marxist playbook against them. Every parent needs to keep their child home from school until the books are removed from the library and the people who pushed this perversity are fired. Civil disobedience will work better than any email campaign. Yes, this means folks may have to stay home from work and yes it means a sacrifice but the marxists are counting on you not caring enough to fight back. Prove them wrong.

They’re all cowards and, therefore, bullies.

Public schools are government. You have a right to petition then for a redress of grievances. You also have a free speech right to talk to them I don’t think they can legally block citizens.

I’d sue them. They are violating your rights

The thing to know is that they are explicitly approving these books. The school board WANTS them in the school for the small children.

I really can't understand how these people can justify themselves. I guess they can't either so they just block so they can pretend nothing severely disturbing is happening...

What is going through these simpletons minds when they block your domain? Don't they know that setting up a gmail or yahoo account takes 2 minutes?

Keep exposing these groomers to the world, sunlight is the best disinfectant!

Tried to email school board from my personal email account and Instantly was returned as Blocked.

Same here.

Thank you, again, for your vigilance. The parents in this school system must get together and face the administration. We can email, they will block us. It’s the parents, they must take charge.

cherrycreekschools.org is hosted by Microsoft, but uses Barracuda (hosted) as their anti-abuse layer. Checking Barracuda, they are not blocking you at the protocol level.

Checking Microsoft, they aren't blocking at the protocol level either:

So, that leaves the content level. I haven't tested any further than that since that gets into impersonation for which I would need permission. (I'm basically using the same methods as spammers.)

I have a question: Does anyone know of any lawsuits brought against school districts for providing pornography to minors? I would think if law enforcement were to find these images on home computers it would trigger an investigation. Why can't the schools be investigated and has anyone tried this? I believe we have to fight this evil in the court of public opinion first, but then in the legal system. Litigation is their Achilles' heel. If their funding can be halted or stopped, that is what will get results, imo.

I called the police and they said they couldn’t do anything

They also blocked the very first email I sent. How did they know to do that? So I called the main # on the district website. It’s disconnected. On the website there is a link for “Safe2Tell”. You can report “concerns”. The # is 877-542-7233 So I called them. Actually spoke to a man named John. Told him:

1. There’s porno in CCISD schools

2. There are citizens trying to get the district to respond

3. My (and others’ emails have been met with our domains being blocked.

4. I tried to call the district directly and the number is disconnected.

He wrote it all down. Asked me if I knew the titles of the books. I read them off from the original Libs email we receive. I asked him if he was aware and if there had been other calls? He said he’s generally aware of the situation but he wasn’t aware of the books at CCISD.

He said he would write up the report and send it up the chain.

I encourage EVERYONE to call. That’s what that line is for-to report children in danger. The # is 877-542-7233.

Greenwood Village police responded as follows when I called around this time last year about hard core pornography being provided at school libraries for the little kiddos. I acknowledged that I knew he was a law enforcer and not a law maker, and thanked him for serving our community. "I've been looking into the applicable laws regarding the books you spoke of (CRS 18-7-501 through 18-7-503, "Sexually Explicit Materials Harmful to Children") Long story short is that these restrictions don't apply to schools (Applicability clause 18-7-503) because it would limit adults' access to such material. I also looked at "Internet Sexual Exploitation of a Child," CRS 18-3-405.5. This crime doesn't apply to this situation. In the end, unfortunately, I can't find a crime. Is there a civil complaint to be made? Probably. Sorry there isn't more I can do. Private school if you can!"

Thanks for sharing. I don’t follow the logic that clause 18-7-503 doesn’t apply bc it would limit adult access. It seems to me no one is arguing the books are unlawful. It’s that they’re given to minor children. But anyway, thanks for trying and sharing.

They get around the law by using “illustrations” ie drawings instead of stock photos. Remember Larry Flint?
