Documents obtained through a recent FOIA request reveal that a California school district partnered with a healthcare facility to provide children with gender transition hormones and surgeries without parental consent. The school district, DJUSD and CommuniCare are providing these services under the guise of a “mental health program” for K-12 students. According to CommuniCare’s website, they offer cross-sex hormone medications like testosterone, estradiol, and spironolactone, letters for medical clearance to undergo transition surgeries, and assistance with legal name and gender documents.
Let's all stop using the fake term "Gender Affirming Care." This is like calling the FL Parents' Rights law, the "Don't Say Gay Bill." Don't play into their hands.

The motivations of the perpetrators , whether they are financial , rage against the machine, people attempting to prove their WOKE bonafides, or true believes that these children need their twisted guidance , is totally irrelevant. In any event, the irony is amazing that with the possible exception of cancer gender transition is the most important health event I; a person’s life, and yet this is the one for which there is a parental notification exception - and the reason is obvious, parents are viewed as uninformed and bigoted in their views. Bring on the sunlight, the outrage and the lawsuits. And the statute of limitations on such lawsuits should be changed ( Catholic Church being an example) so that any person subjected to such treatment as a minor under 31 years of age should be able to pursue a legal remedy for such abuse until the age of 30.

In California law, the default assumption is that the parents are the abusers that the State needs to protect the children from. I don’t think most parents are aware of this.

one problem with this thinking is that 85% of kids who wish to ID as another gender grow out it, preferring to ID as their birth gender with puberty - IF theyre not given gender meds. theres no test to see which kids will grow out of it or not, so its better to wait and not affirm a different gender. thats what other countries found that have reviewed the evidence this helps. they found it does more harm than good and any benefit is due to placebo effect that is short lived. thats why all the studys supporting this range from 3 to 18 months. after that the placebo wears off and people do terrible. the US gov has never looked at evidence gender affirmation helps. instead the american academy of pediatrics enacted gender affirmation policies for our entire county based on white papers that are severely inaccurate. these policy papers incorrectly assert there is such a thing as "trans youth". in reality kids with gender dysphoria had trama, abuse or just have normal dysphoria due to being proto gay. as mentioned, most grow out of it, unless given meds.
Once kids take puberty blockers, 98% of kids go onto hormones that cause permanent sterilization and permanent loss of sexual function. why do kids take them? kids are told gender meds cure every normal kid issue. its not easy being a kid. wouldnt it be great if there was a pill that makes all problems go away? so what if the price is life long loss of sexual function? thats the bargain kids are being tricked into. kids who have never experienced romance or a sexual feeling are being tricked into giving up these forever. thats why parents need to be cut out of the picture. parents object to their kids being harmed. but kids are too stupid and inexperienced to know better.
