Chesapeake High School in Pasadena, MD waited months to suspend a transgender teacher after receiving video evidence of inappropriate behavior. Libs of TikTok received shocking videos reportedly taken from inside the high school classroom. In the footage from the Chesapeake High School history classroom, you can see students engaging in what appears to be sexual acts and a minor wearing a sexually inappropriate outfit on school grounds.
This is so sick! The question is how to stop it. It boggles my mind that there apparently aren't any laws on the books that can be used to arrest/prosecute this teacher.
I know this will annoy everyone, but as a former LEO I can say definitively it is not that easy. Laws and ordinances are written very specifically. Commonly an action will be right up to the line, but but does not actually violate the law. It is not a matter of watching a video and making a judgement call in the court of law. LEOs and lawyers have to justify every single legal action they took based very specific language in the laws and ordinances. That said, this absolutely warrants an investigation and they may find that all of those you listed were provably violated.
After the midterms, let's hope this sea of new anti-woke (we've got to develop a new term) moms set their sites on going after the schools big time, and reinstituting education and eliminating indoctrination.
