Women's sports story: Is misgendering against CA state law? Not according to Lorey's lawyer.

Her lawyer went out of her way to describe herself as a long time California Liberal yet stood up for Lorey’s right to speak. “Let her speak and then excoriate us when she’s done, because I know you will.” We need more of her type, law-based and not emotional. As soon as she was done with this plea, the Librarian just went on with kicking Lorey out as if he didn’t even hear a word the lawyer said.
I know it’s ceding ground and I hate to suggest it, but in order to have these conversations, maybe it would be worth trying to use the Left’s terminology, with air quotes if you have to. Instead of saying biological men shouldn’t play sports against women, maybe you try the “women with penises shouldn’t play sports against women without penises” tactic. You’d still get shouted down as a transphobe.
I must confess the video of Biden lying about the fire at his mansion makes me physically ill. He is truly a loathsome creature.
