The entire diversity and inclusion business is a sham. As @Michele1L points out, it only goes one way...tolerance is not there for those that disagree. These folks literally talk about Christian intolerance without realizing they are doing the same thing they accuse Christians of. However, the BIGGER question is why? Why do companies push this crap when it has absolutely NOTHING to do with their overall business mission? How is what an employee does in their bedroom any concern to the company? Do we think Chinese companies are doing this kind of BS? No. While we fight over rainbow flags, the Chinese continue to build things and export items to benefit their country. To me, all of this points to the obvious degeneracy of our culture and the failure of our country to provide for its citizens. We have a government that allowed companies to ship jobs off to Mexico and India all the while lecturing us on what the rainbow flag means. At this point, I am just waiting to for the end...

Get away from a union that supports leftist politicians, and join a right to work state. Start your own business, and have your children join you in it. Save the money you’d spend on college to build them a future in a state that truly allows freedom in all its forms! Thought, speech, work.
