As immigration operations ramp up across the nation to deport illegal aliens, Democrats have become even MORE unhinged in their efforts to impede immigration enforcement.
"Senator" Ortiz certainly acts as if she is above the law; I pray Senate President Petersen follows through with having her investigated by U.S. Attorney for the District of Az., Timothy Courchaine, and that Senator Hoffman files that ethics complaint against her as well--hollow threats won't do.
She needs to be held accountable for endangering Ice Agents as well as Americans; she apparently is more interested in protecting illegal criminals in "her community".
This criminal act needs to be prosecuted and this 'state senator' needs to be removed from office and serve 3-5 years for intentional endangerment and impeding law enforcement officers.
Why is this not being done? These Democrats have been flouting the law for years and the Trump Administration is not prosecuting them. That is one of the main reasons I voted for Trump. Very disappointing.
Yes, exactly the same. The "sanctuary" states "nullify" federal laws on immigration just as South Carolina did on tariffs in 1832. Federal laws do not apply here, they say, unless we want them to.
