Some People ask -

Do Palestinians have the right to defend themselves?

Answer:

This right is affirmed in the context of the right of self-determination of all peoples under foreign and colonial rule. The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) has expressly affirmed the right of Palestinians to resist Israeli military occupation, including through armed struggle.

Israel has no legal right to commit a harsh occupation of millions of innocent people for 56 years. israel has no legal right to perpetuate ethinic cleasing. israel has no legal right to commit genocide.

by supporting israels actions the US gov has ruined centuries of moral standing and replaced our global moral authority with a corrupt genocide on par with the worst atrocities in human history.

Yes, hamas actions were a crime. but palestinians do have a right to defend themselves. perhaps because my TV isnt connected, im not expert enough to determine if hamas actions qualify as defence. but we do know hamas actions were caused by 56 years of the harsh israel illegal occupation. and we know the native people of palestine pose zero threat to the nation of israel, dispite hamas actions which, tho seem severe, qualify as a minor crime issue only when compared to the mass genocide israel is cynically and dishonestly enacting.
