I’ve been looking for a new airline credit card, and United was the final choice. Luckily I did not sign up. After reading this, I’ll keep looking. I refuse to be a passenger on a plane with this nincompoop in the left seat.
Will look for alternate airlines in the future, or consider ending all airline travel. No more United.
