We are all familiar with the online human resource training courses required by employers – workplace rights and responsibilities, workplace harassment prevention, etc. However, North Carolina’s Office of State Human Resources Center is force-feeding progressive ideology on its employees.
I retired ten years ago, and it's a good thing. I could never comply with the human resource policies current being promulgated nor the woke marketing that seems to have also become the norm.
I'd have been fired.

As a current resident of New York State, I would ask that you kindly “hold my beer”. My employer is a medical system that has both for and non-profit branches. The indoctrination is only once annually however the scope and length is insane.
The never ending list of different pronouns has only resulted in confusion and inability to communicate. How can someone possibly keep up with unrealistic pronouns everyone wants to use? How does a minority have such influence over the majority of the population, forcing us to change the English language and biological facts? I don't want to offend anyone, but I'm not participating in this.

North Carolina was the flashpoint for "we just want to pee" in 2015 and 2016, so it makes sense that state employees are still encountering the bureaucratic results of all that.
My employer frequently has woke sessions explaining how everyone is racist.
We also had to learn about the pronoun cult.
And we had management training offered only for BIPOC people. Whites need not apply.
