The principal is attacking this student for racist reasons. Can this individual be suspended from their principal’s job? The parents have solid grounds for a lawsuit.

I’m a retired teacher and the quality of school administrators has gone way down in the last 30 years. They now tend to be people who don’t want to teach and are comfortable telling peers what to do. Also, their contracts make it really difficult to get rid of them.

Sorry but this calls for legal redress. I’m 100% convinced we have to start fighting back in the only way they understand: legal threats and fines, court costs, etc. For the moment we have a very narrow window of time while the courts are still, mainly adhering to the law. This is where we make out last stand
