The inability and unwillingness of societal systems, be they voluntary or coercion-based (i.e. state agencies) of dealing with social problems such as pedophilia, rampant blatant crime, racist pogroms, and the cluster of nazi-esque race based politics as a whole under the DEI-umbrella correlates almost perfectly with the percentage of women in administrative/managerial positions in national, state and local systems.
Correlation may not be causation, but it gives a darn good idea of where to start looking for when, what and how things went off kilter. My advice?
Start in the early 1950s and look at social reforms from then to the present day. You'll see how "progressivism" and "liberalisation" always precedes today's social problems.
